Accessibility is at the heart of what we do, in bathrooms and online. We want this website to be easy to read and use for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or larger text.

What we have done

• We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
• Large, readable text (with a “Larger text” button at the top of every page) and strong color contrast.
• Everything works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
• Clear headings, labeled form fields, plain-language error messages and descriptive image text.
• Large buttons and links that are easy to tap, and no time limits.
• Animation is minimal and switched off if your device asks for reduced motion.

Ongoing work

We test the site with automated tools and by hand, but no website is perfect. We have not had it independently certified, and we keep improving it.
